Christianson & Company announced that Melissa Fulson has joined the firm.
She spent the previous 19 years working in the architectural design field with emphasis on development and tenant improvements. Her experience includes tenant representation, fit planning, setting up budgets, programming, design, project management and construction administration.
Fulson is experienced in retail and restaurant design and site selection, working with both property owners and tenants. At Christianson & Company, she and will help property owners repurpose space through design to fill vacancies and work with tenants from site selection through grand opening. Her experience is especially deep in the areas of retail, restaurant and hospitality.
Fulson holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in interior design and is nearing completion of her Masters of Science from the University of Minnesota with an emphasis on Psychology. Since 2001, she has held certification from the National Council for Interior Design Qualification and is a licensed Minnesota commercial real estate professional.
