Christie’s International Real Estate announces new vice president, affiliate services

Anne Colvin

Christie’s International Real Estate has announced that Anne Colvin, who has spent more than 13 years focusing on services, strategies, and partnerships to help independent brokerage firms succeed, has joined the company as vice president of affiliate services. Christie’s International Real Estate is the world’s premier luxury real estate brand and network, with affiliate firms in nearly 50 countries and territories around the world.

In the newly created role, Colvin will manage strategy, planning and delivery of Christie’s International Real Estate’s evolving services offerings, including technology, marketing, and coaching and training. Additionally, Colvin will help facilitate the relationship between Christie’s International Real Estate, its affiliates and the Christie’s auction house. She will work closely with the executive team to drive engagement and ensure affiliates get the maximum value out of their partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate.

Colvin is joining Christie’s International Real Estate at a pivotal time for the brand. Since it was acquired late last year by Chicago-based real estate and technology firm @properties, Christie’s International Real Estate has expanded its network, signing on or renewing more than 20 affiliate brokerages. The company has also started implementing @properties’ fully integrated brokerage-technology system, known as pl@tform™, and has launched new marketing initiatives including the C-Suite social media content hub, a Digital Listing Presentation, and Creative Studio for personalized agent marketing.

Prior to joining Christie’s International Real Estate Colvin was director of partnerships for Luxury Presence, a digital marketing agency that serves top-producing brokerage firms and agents. Previously, she spent 11 years in a variety of roles, including director of operations and director of member services, at Luxury Portfolio International, a global network of luxury real estate firms.

Colvin graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. She is based in Chicago.
