Cicero’s Development Corp, a leading renovation contractor specializing in the hospitality industry, was awarded a renovation project for the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott® in South Hill, VA, set to begin in April 2015 with completion expected in Mid-May. Improvements support Fairfield Inn & Suite’s commitment to provide the latest conveniences and comforts to its valued guests.

The South Hill project will be conducted simultaneously with Cicero’s renovation of a Fairfield Inn & Suites in Chicago under different ownership, that underscores the company’s ability to concurrently renovate hotels in multiple locations to meet brand PIP (Property Improvement Plan) requirements, all in an expedited, cost-effective manner. While the properties already boast some of the finest accommodations in their markets, guests can soon look forward to an even more compelling stay.

Located outside Richmond, the South Hill Fairfield Inn & Suites features 68 guest room suites, along with pool, breakfast area and spacious lobby. The upcoming makeover will encompass fresh, innovative enhancements to the guest rooms refreshed with new carpeting, paint and the replacement of furniture, upholstery and fixtures. When guests arrive at the hotel, a redesigned lobby will greet them with new energy that sets the tone for their stay. As part of Marriott’s GreatRoomâ„¢ concept, the breakfast banquet area will be reconfigured with an expansive communal table, upgraded lighting package and fresh paint scheme.

Beyond the physical changes, digital innovations are being added including an interactive informational display panel in the lobby providing local news, weather and entertainment, helping to transform the Fairfield Inn & Suites experience for future guests.
