Cicero’s Development Corp. has completed of a property-wide renovation of the Residence Inn by Marriott hotel located just minutes from Chicago’s Midway Airport in nearby Bedford Park, Illinois.
Designed to enhance the comfort and lifestyle of travelers to the Chicago area, the renovation began in January 2016 and finished in less than three months by Cicero’s team of designers, installers and project managers.
All 132 rooms of the hotel were refreshed with a contemporary, modern decor, while the larger extended stay suites additionally received updated kitchen areas.
The hotel’s expansive lobby and public areas were reconfigured and now feature fresh carpeting, sophisticated artwork, new furniture with rich hues and lush textures, and sleek wall coverings so guests can better relax and collaborate in an inviting setting. In addition, the fitness center was revamped to accommodate the needs of health conscious guests.
The hotel is located in the Midway Hotel Center campus just two blocks from the airport and offers thoughtful amenities that cater to modern business and leisure travelers.
