Cicero’s streamlines hotel renovation process with new five phase project planning system

Ciceroʼs Development Corporation, a leading full-service commercial property renovations contractor, has introduced its new Five Phase streamlined renovation planning system. The product of more than 40 years of renovation experience, Cicero’s Five Phase program gives hotel owners faster, more economical results that advance their renovations in the most efficient manner.

“Hotel renovations are especially challenging because they involve managing employees and subcontractors, as well as budgets, materials, and furnishings, all while the hotel is occupied with guests that can’t be inconvenienced by construction,” said Sam Cicero, Jr, president of Cicero’s Development Corp. “Our system reduces risks and improves transparency between the hotel owner and Cicero’s construction team. It lets us budget and sequence each phase of the renovation early on to avoid business disruption, plus provide a platform to accurately measure each project phase on the basis of predetermined benchmarks.”

Based on five simple steps, the process takes into complete account the renovation’s designing, developing, budgeting and construction, taking the hotel owner from preliminary consultation and site evaluation through scope development, preparation of permit-ready drawings, final pricing and a construction contract. Phases may also be combined into a pre-construction services agreement to save additional time and money for the property owner.
