Ciceroʼs Development Corporation, a leading full-service renovations contractor, has been selected by ONE Hospitality Group to provide property-wide renovations to three of the management company’s newly acquired Hampton Inn hotels located in the Pittsburgh area.
“The simultaneous renovation of three hotels located within a major market and owned by a single management group underscores our ability to professionally schedule work to meet tight deadlines and budgets,” said Sam Cicero, Jr., president of Cicero’s Development Corp. “In addition to our professional renovation skills, hotel owners working exclusively with Cicero’s also benefit by having a single format internally for multiple ongoing hotel projects, such as status reports or invoicing. This streamlined, simplified approach saves time and money.”
Scheduled to be completed in March 2015 on a fast-track timetable, this project includes a total of 375 guest rooms of varying sizes, along with hotel corridors, business centers and public areas. All work will be conducted in line with current Hampton Inn branding standards, assuring a relaxing and contemporary environment that is in touch with today’s travelers. In some locations, Cicero’s will be providing repairs to concrete curbs, sidewalks and dumpster pads. A concrete deck will be replaced in an existing outdoor pool, as well.
While guestroom furnishings will be similar in form and function as previous generations, new carpeting plus fresh wall coverings and paint will create a modern, yet thoroughly inviting atmosphere. Energy-efficient LED lighting is being added to guest bathrooms in keeping with Hampton Inn’s commitment to sustainability. Also, hotel corridors will feature sound-absorbing acoustic ceilings, along with stylish new flooring and wall coverings, establishing a truly modern setting for guests to enjoy.
The three Hampton Inn hotels being renovated by Cicero’s are located in Greentree, PA, Cranberry Township, PA, and at the Pittsburgh airport. ONE Hospitality Group acquired the hotels last year with plans to implement a renovation program.
