Patrick McGonigal has joined the Cincinnati-Dayton office of Colliers as a new brokerage vice president.
McGonigal will have a primary focus in healthcare services, paving a new path for Colliers Cincinnati & Dayton in both the retail and office sectors. McGonigal, a greater Cincinnati transplant after graduating from the University of Lousiville, formerly worked with boutique healthcare services group as a specialized real estate agent in addition to being equipped and accomplished in professional communications.
With 19 years of healthcare sales and management experience, and a technical five-plus years anchored in real estate, McGonigal harnesses a wealth of knowledge on how to accelerate his clients’ success. His longtime focus in the healthcare industry provides Colliers Cincinnati with a unique market positioning in efforts to provide additional and better services to our clients.
