Colliers International in Greater Cincinnati has been selected by CoStar Group as the recipient of CoStar Power Broker Award. This annual award recognizes the “best of the best” in commercial real estate brokerage by highlighting the U.S. firms and individual brokers that closed the highest transaction volumes in commercial property sales or leases for 2011 in their respective markets.
Colliers International qualified as one of the top commercial brokerage firms in Cincinnati based on total lease and sale transactions closed during the year. In order to be selected for this honor, Colliers was evaluated against other commercial real estate brokerage firms active in its region by CoStar Group.
Individual agents from Colliers International were also honored in retail, industrial and overall sales categories. Michael Ziegler, brokerage senior vice president, was named as a Top Retail Broker. William Keefer, brokerage senior vice president|principal; Steven Miller, brokerage vice president; and John Gartner, brokerage senior vice president |principal, were named as Top Industrial Brokers.
Jeff Johnston, brokerage senior vice president; Chris Prosser, brokerage senior vice president; and Steve Timmel, brokerage senior vice president, were named as Top Sales Brokers.
