Susan Branscome, managing director of NorthMarq Capital’s Cincinnati-based regional office, has arranged the refinancing of two properties in Kentucky — one in Wilder and another in Hebron — for a combined $18.1 million.
The property in Wilder, Aspen Pines Apartments, is a 245-unit Class-A multifamily property. The property was refinanced at $16.8 million.
The Hebron location, Shoppes at Worldwide Park, is a 13,147-square-foot retail property. It was refinanced at $1.3 million.
