Colliers International Cincinnati’s investment services team completed nearly $24 million in retail sales across the Midwest during the month of March alone.
Steve Timmel, Jeff Johnston and Chris Prosser represented the seller in each of the four retail sales.
The four sales totaled about 288,600 square feet and occurred in Cincinnati; Greenwood, Ind.; Muncie, Ind.; and Jonesville, Mich.
In Cincinnati, the investment team represented Cobblewood Plaza Investors, LP in the sale of Parkwood Plaza, a 143,000-square-foot retail center. The center includes major tenants Old Time Pottery, Starbucks and Buffalo Wild Wings and is about 80 percent occupied.
The second transaction was a 62,700-square-foot single-tenant asset located in Greenwood and owned by Indigan, Inc. The property sold for $8.144 million and is leased to Gander Mountain.
The third asset, a nearly 60,000-square-foot shopping center owned by Viking Partners Muncie, LLC, sold for $8.78 million. McGalliard Mall Shoppes is 98-percent leased with Party City, BW3s, DaVita and Panera Bread as the property’s anchor tenants.
The final asset was located in Jonesville, and sold for $3 million. The investment team represented the seller, Westover Village LLC, in the sale of a single-tenant asset totaling approximately 23,600 square feet, leased to Tractor Supply Company.
