Cincinnati team of Capstone adds investment sales advisor

Corey Mason, a new investment sales advisor and University of Cincinnati alum, has joined the Cincinnati brokerage team at Capstone.

Mason specializes in multi-housing brokerage throughout the tri-state area of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. He joins Capstone after working as a broker for two years at Colliers International.

Prior to joining Colliers, Mason got his start in commercial real estate as a research analyst at CBRE. In that role, he provided support and gathered data for brokers regarding economic development, new transactions, and wrote quarterly market reports. Corey gained extensive knowledge about the real estate market in these roles with the proven ability to understand his clients’ needs, analyze market conditions, and put people first.

Capstone, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based firm, opened its Cincinnati office in 2016. The team has sold about 60,000 units throughout the Midwest since it was established. In the last 12 months alone, the team has brokered $250 million in multi-family sales.
