Joseph Fleming has been named the new chief financial officer and executive vice president for Al. Neyer. He will work from the Cincinnati office.
Fleming brings more than 15 years experience in finance and accounting to his new position. He spent more than 10 years with two REITs, including the Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT.
Fleming joins Al. Neyer after serving as senior vice president at SK Research, LLC, in Columbia, Maryland.
