The second phase of The Boulevard at Oakley Station mixed-use development in Cincinnati has been awarded LEED® Silver certification, joining the first phase of the project with the designation.

The Boulevard at Oakley Station achieved LEED® certification for implementing practical and measurable strategies and solutions aimed at achieving high performance in: sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selection and indoor environmental quality. LEED is the foremost program for the design, construction and operation of green buildings.
The Boulevard at Oakley Station’s second phase includes 150 luxury apartment homes and additional project amenities, including a second clubhouse and pool. High-tech features and state-of-the-art technology are a theme consistent throughout the community.
