Cincinnati’s STNL Development adds new principal

Michaelann Murphy

STNL Development, a Cincinnati-based real estate firm specializing in developing and acquiring single-tenant net lease properties, has announced the addition of another company executive to the firm’s ownership group, Michaelann Murphy.

Murphy, who was welcomed by STNL as Vice President of Development in 2021, is the first woman to hold an ownership stake in the company.

Effective immediately, Murphy joins co-founders Chris Canarie and Dave Neyer, as well as executives Bryan Kelley, Kevin Sadowski, Bill Chester and Jerry Tepe as Principal of STNL Development.

Murphy has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate business, holding development, leasing and acquisition roles for Tampa-based companies like Franklin Street, Armstrong Development and Hutton before joining STNL. Her unique knowledge of development, finance, and leasing offers her a unique viewpoint on the industry, as well as next-level service and creative solutions for her clients.

STNL currently serves as a preferred developer for several major retail brands and was recently honored in 2022 with The Cincinnati Business Courier Fast 55 Award. The firm is currently developing properties in eleven states.
