Cincinnati’s STNL Development names chief operating officer

Bryan Kelley

STNL Development, a Cincinnati-based real estate firm, recently announced the promotion of Bryan Kelley to chief operating officer for STNL Development.

He will also continue in his roles as Principal and Chief Financial Officer. He is the first COO in the firm’s history.  

In his new role, Kelley will be managing the overall business operations, overseeing the acquisition and disposition program, supporting day-to-day activity with the firm’s vice presidents and department heads, and working with Principal and Co-founder Chris Canarie on the development process with client approvals, entitlements and construction.  

Kelley is winding down his role as CFO, transitioning the role’s responsibility to STNL’s Director of Capital Markets Will Sayer and Corporate Controller Elissa Morsch.  

With over 27 years of experience, Kelley has financed and capitalized over 100 real estate transactions across the Midwest. He has extensive knowledge in financing land, single-tenant, multi-tenant, stabilized and speculative projects in the office, industrial and retail markets. Bryan has also spearheaded multiple successful commercial real estate investment funds.
