Douglas Baum is the new national director and property condition assessment practice leader for Cincinnati-based Terracon.
Baum brings more than 23 years experience to his new position. This includes the management of more than 1,000 engineering, consulting and construction projects.
Terracon is an employee-owned engineering consulting firm.
