Cincinnati’s Vision & Beyond adds three to staff

Cincinnati-based developer Vision & Beyond Capital Investments is growing its team with three new hires.

Stacy Walton is the firm’s new vice president and asset management, and Cheryl Walters its new vice president of human resources. Vision & Beyond has also hired John Rubin to serve as its U.S.-based director of investor relations.

Walton joins Vision & Beyond with more than 25 years of experience focused on developing operational efficiencies for property, luxury and investment assets. She most recently spent 17 years serving as vice president of property operations and corporate director of Capital Investment Group’s Ohio, Kentucky and Florida territories.

Walton is the current regional vice president of the National Apartment Association and a past president of the Northern Kentucky Greater Cincinnati Apartment Association.

Walters comes to Vision & Beyond with more than 15 years of leadership-level human resources experience at Fortune 500-level firms and within startup environments. She was most recently the human resources director at Diplomat Specialty Pharmacy.

Walters will work closely with Vision & Beyond’s executive team to develop and deploy a strategy that supports the firm’s growth in existing and future markets.

Rubin comes to the company from Robert Lewis Group, a Cincinnati-based commercial real estate brokerage. He received his juris doctorate from the University of Cincinnati and previously worked at the law firm of Cohen, Todd, Kite & Standord LLC, specializing in commercial real estate transactions.

Rubin also gained experience with Cresa Cincinnati and Newmark Knight Frank. He will work with Vision & Beyond’s Israeli-based investor relations team to replicate and adapt its strategy to raise capital from American investors.
