Vision & Beyond Capital Investments has appointed Elliot Neumann as chief investment officer and Paul Colgan as chief financial officer. The pair will be based in the company’s Cincinnati headquarters.
Neumann joins Vision & Beyond after more than 10 years as the chief operating officer at Acuity Capital Partners in New York City. There, he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions and commercial real estate development for a high-net-worth family office with more than $1 billion in equity and 3 million square feet of value-add and development real estate in Manhattan.
Colgan comes to Vision & Beyond from Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Columbus, Ohio, where he was managing director of accounting and finance, overseeing the accounting and financial reporting for 85 property entities, four funds and three management companies with more than $3.2 billion in assets.
