Chicago Industrial Real Estate has secured seven leases in the Chicago area for more than 106,000 square feet. Matt Rogatz and John Stocco handled the transactions for CIRE.
Lalo’s Towing leased a 10,000-square-foot garage at 5757 S. Claremont, Chicago. The towing company was attracted to the property because of its location, fenced yard, ample office space. Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate found the tenant for ownership.
Chicago Industrial Real Estate was able to secure a tenant for the entire 47,600-square-foot building located at 3333 W. 47th Place, Chicago. Great Lakes Lumber and Pallet, Inc. leased the facility due to the proximity to one of its major customers and because of ownerships aggressive pricing. Mike Nelson and Mark Nelson of NelsonHill represented the tenant and Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented the owner.
Kestler Digital Printing Inc. leased the 13,000-square-foot property located at 919 W. 49th Place, Chicago. The facility was a good fit for Kestler Printing because of the excellent electric distribution, natural light, large fenced yard, and proximity to I90/94 expressway. Cesar Alvarez of CTK Chicago Partners represented Kestler and Rogatz of CIRE represented the owner.
Architectural Anarchy Inc., who supplies decorations to such customers as the Tilted Kilt and Portillo’s Restaurants, leased 15,000 square feet of additional warehouse space in the 3815 S. Ashland Avenue, Chicago building. The space was selected because its proximity to the tenants other warehouse and I55 expressway, aggressive lease rate, and natural light. Rogatz of Chicago Industrial Real Estate found the tenant for this facility.
Homemade Pizza Company recently leased 2,500 square feet at 4141 N. Rockwell, Chicago. This garage type facility will hold some of the tenant’s equipment for its street fairs. Stocco of Chicago Industrial Real Estate brought Chicago Pizza Company over to the property he was representing.
Lincare Inc., a provider of oxygen for individuals in need, leased 2,560 square feet at 2349 W. Grand, Chicago. The building was a perfect fit due to the office and warehouse configuration. Rogatz of CIRE introduced Lincare Inc. to the property he was representing.
The IK Gymnastics School leased 16,000 square feet for a gymnastics training facility at the Bradley Court Business Center in Chicago. High ceilings, a column free floor area and abundant parking made this an ideal location. Stocco of Chicago Industrial Real Estate represented IK Gymnastics School and Adam Parla of Hansen Realty represented ownership.
