Citimark plans to develop a three-story state-of-the-art Class A office building consisting of 60,000 square feet of space at 11939 N Meridian Street in Carmel, Indiana.
Tenants will include Wagner Reese, LLP, a personal injury law firm, and Blue Horseshoe, a software and technology enterprise service provider.
Architect firm, American Structurepoint, utilized expansive glass and brick to create an attractive design that is both timeless and progressive.
Wagner Reese, LLP acquired the property in 2005 as an eventual location for the law firm’s headquarters. Jason Reese and Steve Wagner, firm principals, were attracted to the location, access, and incredible US 31 visibility, recognizing the site would be an excellent in-fill location to develop a landmark office project.
Wagner Reese and Blue Horseshoe will combine to occupy approximately 50 percent of the building leaving an additional 30,000 square feet available for lease.
Rich Forslund and Matt Langfeld of Colliers International will serve as the listing agents for the project.
