City Foundry STL continues to attract new tenants to its Midtown St. Louis location, recently announcing a new event space concept by Butler’s Pantry, a new office lease with Great Rivers Greenway and five new food vendors for the Food Hall at City Foundry STL.

The 15-acre mixed-use development is scheduled to open in the spring of 2020.

“From the beginning, this project has been about creativity and vision,” said Steve Smith, principal owner of City Foundry STL and chief executive officer of Lawrence Group. “We are thrilled these local business owners share our confidence that City Foundry STL is the most inspiring, exciting place to be in St. Louis.”

With the new food hall tenants, the City Foundry STL Food Hall is now 80 percent leased.
