Cityscape Residential has started construction on two apartment projects in Louisville.
The Flats at Springhurst is located at 4201 Simcoe Lane in the Springhurst neighborhood in Northeast Louisville. This luxury community will feature 249 units in a three- and five-story urban-style building that surrounds a five-story secured parking structure and will offer residents one-, two- and three-bedroom homes and an array of resort-style amenities.
Construction began in February. The first phase of apartments is scheduled to be available in May 2019.
Cityscape broke ground on its fourth Louisville project, Haven on Tucker, in February of this year. Foundations began in September and framing on the leasing office started last month. Haven on Tucker is located at 1411 Tucker Station Road in the Blankenbaker neighborhood.
The community will feature 370 urban-style cottage apartment homes with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, many with attached garages, and will offer residents a vast amenity center surrounded by expansive natural areas and adjacent to entertainment, restaurants and employment hubs. The first phase of homes is scheduled for completion in August 2019.
Cityscape also developed and constructed the 300-unit Axis on Lexington Road across from Distillery Commons in downtown Louisville and Apex on Preston, a 312-unit property in South Louisville.
