Chicago-based law firm Clark Hill PLC has doubled its space in its new lease of 71,813 square feet at Prudential Plaza, 130 E. Randolph Street in Chicago. The move marks a major expansion for the firm.
Prior to this relocation, Clark Hill occupied 36,848 square feet at 150 N. Michigan Avenue. The firm will move in to its new space late 2016 and will be leasing the top three floors of the plaza, one of the premier office buildings in Chicago’s East Loop submarket.
According to CBRE, ownership has heavily invested in the property to supply extensive amenity upgrades, making it one of the city’s most desirable office locations for tenants. The top floor at Prudential Plaza is the only floor with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Craig Braham of Advocate Commercial Real Estate Advisors, in partnership with Todd Lippman, vice chairman, and Bill Sheehy, senior vice president, of CBRE, represented Clark Hill. William Truszkowski, Matthew Pistorio and Caroline Colnon of The Telos Group represented ownership.
