Concrete Strategies signed a lease to relocate its operational service, innovation and training center to 5790 Campus Parkway in Hazelwood, Missouri.
A subsidiary of Clayco, Concrete Strategies is known for its expertise in turnkey cast-in-place concrete, structural concrete, tilt up, flatwork, pre-cast erection and various concrete restoration and coatings/water-proofing services for commercial projects.

The 191,000-square-foot operational hub will feature 20,000 square feet of office space including a state-of-the-art craft jobs training and innovation center for field testing cutting-edge concrete products for performance and sustainability. The training space will also be used by CCDI, Construction Career Development Initiative, in an effort to bring diversity to the design and construction industry by exposing and mentoring minority, underrepresented, and underserved students to career development in construction.
