Private equity firm Singerman Real Estate has relocated to a new, 8,000-square-foot corporate headquarters office at 980 N. Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Clear Height Properties’ project and development services division served as project manager for the tenant improvement assignment, inclusive of the design, buildout and relocation.
The new space, designed by GREC Architects, includes a dramatic reception area, private offices, boardroom, conference rooms, an open workstation area and kitchen. Singerman previously occupied space on the 16th floor of the building. The new and expanded space provides the firm with room to accommodate continued growth. “The look and feel of the new space are in keeping with a traditional real estate investment firm and embraces the reputation Singerman has achieved as a highly successful investment firm,” said Jason Pammler, managing director, project and development services, Clear Height Properties. “The image blends a traditional and tasteful richness with modern features and state-of-the-art technologies while also being mindful of costs.”
