A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Chicago-based Blackbird Investment Group has acquired a 32,000-square-foot industrial service facility at 2945 Shermer Road in Northbrook, Illinois.
The property consists of a 32,000-squar- foot drive-thru building with less than 20% building-to-land coverage ratio, fully gated and secured parking area for a fleet of field service vehicles, 23 drive-in doors and interior triple catch basins.
The property is located immediately south of the Willow Road and Shermer Road intersection, two miles from I-294. The property is fully leased.
