Clear Height Properties closes 37 leases in first quarter

Clear Height Properties completed 37 new and renewal leases totaling 280,000 square feet in the first quarter.

Significant transactions included:
2945 Shermer, Northbrook, IL
A 32,000 square foot renewal was signed with Clesen Wholesale, a fourth-generation supplier of quality flowers.


11697 Chesterdale, Cincinnati, Ohio
A 30,000 square foot renewal was signed with Lizzie’s World, a leading supplier of promotional products.
Seattle Stein with Cushman & Wakefield represented Clear Height.


1209 Capitol, Addison, IL
A 20,000 square foot new lease was signed with Panel Assembly Co., a data center supplier.
Brian Silverman with JBS Commercial Real Estate represented Clear Height.
