Situated on 1.82 acres, the property features 48 parking spaces, an 18-foot clear height with two interior docks and one drive-in-door. There are 800 amps of power.
The duo plans to make extensive base building improvements to the property including new energy efficient lights, resurfacing the parking lot, replacing the roof, new HVAC systems and renovating the office.
The seller was represented in the transaction by Dominic DeRose and Ned Frank of Colliers. Clear Height and Diamond Realty have retained Colliers to market the building for lease or sale.
