A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate, an investment strategy sponsored by Harbert Management Corporation (HMC), has purchased a 49,954-square-foot industrial building located at 2244 Corporate Lane in Naperville.
The 100% occupied two-tenant 20-foot clear building equipped with 10 drive-in-doors is located in the robust I-88 submarket less than one mile from the four-way I-88/Rt. 59 interchange.

The Clear Height/HMC portfolio now includes 21 assets and approximately 1.5 million square feet.
