A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate acquired a five-building, multi-tenant light industrial portfolio totaling 231,741 square feet in Cincinnati from a fund managed by Brookfield Asset Management.
The five buildings in the portfolio are split between two separate complexes. The first complex in Blue Ash, Ohio consists of two adjacent buildings totaling 77,500 square feet with eight units. The second complex in Springdale, Ohio, consists of three adjacent buildings totaling 154,241 square feet with eleven units.
Sean Devaney, Ross Bratcher & Kurt Sarbaugh of JLL Capital Markets were the sole brokers in the purchase transaction.
