A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Harbert US Real Estate acquired a long-term leased 15,126-square-foot light industrial building at 500 Industrial Drive in Bensenville, Illinois.
The single-tenant building is located in O’Hare, Chicago’s premier industrial submarket, in DuPage County— only half a mile from Busse Road.
Jacob Friedman of Matthews Real Estate Investment Service was the sole broker in the transaction.
