Clear Height Properties has completed three leases at two properties that it owns and manages in Chicago’s western suburbs. The nearly 23,000 square feet of leases include two renewal/expansions in Elmhurst, Illinois and a relocation to a facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
Generational Law has completed a lease renewal and expansion and will now occupy 9,100 square feet of space at Elmhurst Metro Court, 747 Church Road, Elmhurst. The firm previously leased approximately 6,100 square feet of space and expanded by an additional 3,000 square feet. Generational Law provides customized documentation, information, counseling, advice and consultation services in all areas of elder law and estate planning.
Rotech, a medical supply firm, has also renewed and expanded its lease and will now occupy approximately 10,560 square feet of space at Elmhurst Metro Court. The firm has leased 4,560 square feet and is expanding by approximately 6,000 square feet to accommodate corporate growth. Rotech is a national leader in providing respiratory and sleep apnea treatment as well as home medical equipment.
Elmhurst Metro Court is a 141,000-square-foot, high-image business and office park complex, conveniently located just off of Church Road, less than three miles from I-290. Buildings within the complex feature 24-7 access, individual units with the ability to achieve high ratios of office space, a shared dock and drive-in door and 16-foot clear ceiling height in the warehouse areas.
Finally, American Community Bank & Trust completed a lease for 3,152 square feet of space at the Triangle Corporate Center, 1418 S. Elmhurst Road in Elk Grove Village. This new office will serve the banking needs of privately held businesses and investors, and will be led by Michael Bagley, a 32-year commercial banking veteran in Chicagoland. Jason Shibata, Brian Silverman and Michael Whetstone of JBS Commercial Real Estate oversee leasing of the property on behalf of Clear Height Properties. JBS also represented the tenant.
Triangle Corporate Center’s location on the eastern side of Elk Grove Village provides great proximity to O’Hare Airport, as well as easy access to I-90 via Elmhurst Road interchange. The building has available office suites ranging in size from 1,436 square feet to 9,667 square feet and available flex/warehouse suites of approximately 2,700 square feet. Clear Height Properties acquired 1400 S. Elmhurst Road in May 2018.
