The 37,254-square-foot building includes 1,800 square feet of office space, three wide-span drive-in doors and two dock-high doors. The property also includes an oversized paved and secured industrial yard.
The NAI Hiffman team of Joe Bronson, Paddy Dwyer, and Patrick Clifford were the sole brokers in the sale and have been retained to lease the property.
