A joint venture partnership between Oak Brook-Illinois-based real estate investor Clear Height Properties and Brookfield, Wisconsin-based MLG Capital have sold a 290,573-square-foot industrial building at 1675 Watkins Road in Columbus, Ohio.
The property is 100% leased to a long-term single-tenant and is in Columbus’ premier Southeast submarket. The property, known as Watkins Logistics Center, sits on over 9-acres of land, with thirty-four dock-high doors.
Kurt Sarbaugh, Ross Bratcher, Sean Devaney and Ed Halaburt of JLL were the sole brokers in the sale transaction.
