Clear Height Properties has completed the disposition of 3456 N. Ridge Road, a multi-tenant industrial facility in northwest suburban Arlington Heights. The property was acquired by an undisclosed buyer and the financial terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The 100,200-square-foot industrial facility had been owned by Clear Height Properties since May 2018. At closing, the building was occupied by three tenants.
