Dan Rose has joined the Cleveland office of JLL as vice president with a focus on office sales, office leasing and tenant representation. Rose comes to JLL with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and finance.
Prior to joining JLL, Rose held positions at national commercial real estate brokerage firms, specializing in office building sales and leasing, build-to-suit development, and consulting. Since 2010, Rose has executed more than $125 million in transactions throughout the Midwest region.
Rose has differentiating experience as a former financial analyst for a commercial real estate mortgage banking firm, conducting complex financial analyses and capital markets experience. This allows him to assist clients in overall leasing and sales strategies for acquisitions, dispositions, debt restructuring, redevelopment projects and portfolio optimization.
Rose is licensed in the State of Ohio and received his bachelor’s degree in business and finance from Wittenberg University.
