Cleveland-based Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently helped close the sale of the Camp Hill Center retail plaza in Camp Hill, Penn.
Dan Cooper and Bob Havasi of Cooper Commercial Investment Group represented the owner, DDR Southeast Camp Hill PA DST out of Beachwood, Ohio. The buyer was a private investment group based in York, Penn.
The all-cash buyer was found on the second day of marketing and paid $3 million for the property.
