The Cooper Commercial Investment Group of Cleveland recently closed the sale of Jo-Ann Plaza in Clarence, New York.
Dan Cooper represented the owners, a publicly traded REIT. The buyer was a private investment group.
The property was purchased for $9.3 million, an 8.46 percent CAP rate.
The center is home to national tenants Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, Big Lots and Office Max.
