Cleveland-based Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold the Scenic Square Shopping Center, a 70,060-square-foot retail located just outside of Atlanta.
The center, anchored by Michael’s, is 87-percent occupied.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the seller, a private investment group in Ohio.
The property sold for more than $4.5 million.
