Cleveland’s Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold the West 38th Street Plaza retail center in Erie, Penn.
The property sold for $1 million.
Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper represented the owners, DDR Erie LLC of Beachwood, Ohio. The buyers are a private group from Erie, Penn.
The 96,000-square-foot property includes a mix of tenants such as Subway and Snap Fitness. It is located within three miles of Millcreek Mall in Erie, a mall that is home to more than 175 shops and restaurants.
