Cleveland-based Cooper Commercial Investment Group recently sold three buildings in Hamburg, N.Y., with high-profile retail tenants.
These tenants include Olive Garden, Pier 1 Imports, FedEx Office, Sprint and GameStop.
The three buildings are outlots to McKinley Mall in Hamburg.
Dan Cooper, president and broker of Cooper Commercial Investment Group, represented the owner, BG McKinley II, LLC out of Beachwood, Ohio, in this transaction. The property sold for $5.6 million, representing a CAP rate of 8.37 percent.
