Bill Stevens has joined Cleveland-based Cushman & Wakefield|CRESCO Real Estate as a vice president. Known for his experience in both landlord and tenant representation, Stevens brings with him more than 20 years of experience.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield|CRESCO Real Estate, Stevens worked for Colliers|Cleveland, where he was recognized as a Cleveland-Akron Top-5 Producer in 2013, 2015, 2017 and 2019. Additionally, he was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2016 and 2017, as well as a recipient of the NAIOP Deal of the Year award in 2011 and 2016.
In the first half of his career, Stevens focused primarily on tenant representation and consulting for corporate clients, where he practiced disposition strategies, portfolio management and site selection. In the second half of his career, he has been focusing on landlord representation, where he helps clients maximize the value of their real estate assets.
