Cleveland-based law firm Frantz Ward welcomed Michael R. Blumenthal and David B. Waxman as partners and announced the addition of the firm’s new Environmental Practice Group.
With more than three decades of environmental law experience, both prosecuting and defending actions, Michael advises clients across manufacturing, energy, oil and gas, finance, and real estate on compliance, regulatory matters, and complex litigation.
David brings nearly 40 years of experience to the firm’s Corporate/Business Law Group, counseling clients across a diverse collection of areas, including environmental matters, environmental insurance, commercial real estate, commercial real estate financing, construction, leasing, corporate governance, and business acquisitions and divestitures.
