Chris Salata has joined Cleveland’s Industrial Commercial Properties as chief operating officer.
Salata brings 19 years of commercial real estate, finance, development and legal expertise to Industrial Commercial Properties. He was formerly senior vice president of development at DDR Corp., where he oversaw development and redevelopment initiatives for the publicly traded real estate investment trust.
Salata also served as a principal at Fairmount Properties, and served as chief investment officer and general counsel. Salata was the lead project executive for the $240 million Pinecrest mixed-use project in Orange Village that is set to open later this year.
Salata started his career as an attorney with McDonald Hopkins LLC.
