Cleveland-based Industrial Commercial Properties LLC has appointed Bill Kern as executive vice president and Andy Hill as senior vice president of finance.
Kern will oversee the company’s asset management practices and will play a lead role on transactions and development projects. Kern was most recently the senior vice president of leasing and national accounts at DDR Corp./SITE Centers, a publicly traded real estate investment trust.
Hill is responsible for directing Industrial Commercial Properties’ financial planning and accounting practices. He spent the last 13 years with Forest City Realty Trust as a vice president, where he oversaw loan closings totaling more than $1.5 billion during the last five years.
