Cleveland’s Industrial Commercial Properties names SVP of development and analyst

Cleveland-based real estate and development company Industrial Commercial Properties has appointed Jeffrey Martin as senior vice president of development and Daniel DiCillo Jr. as an analyst.

Martin is responsible for leading development activities across ICP’s portfolio. Before joining ICP, Martin spent three years as vice president of development for Seritage Growth Properties, leading mixed-use redevelopments of former Sears properties across the Midwest. Prior to that, he spent 13 years at Site Centers, a publicly traded REIT.

DiCillo will play a critical role in the company’s underwriting process for leasing, financing, development and asset management. He is responsible for analyzing tenant business and financial documents and preparing financial models and proformas to support the acquisition and lease advisory, property valuations and consulting projects for ICP’s operations team.

DiCillo worked at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company and Federated Hermes before joining ICP.
