Chuck Andes has joined Cleveland’s Industrial Commercial Properties as vice president of asset management.
Andes brings 28 years of commercial real estate portfolio asset management, lease negotiation and development experience to his new position.
Before joining Industrial Commercial Properties, Andes worked as a portfolio asset manager at IRG Realty Advisors, where he oversaw 10 million square feet of industrial and office properties in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Before that, he spent 18 years with Sun Life Investment Management.
