Cleveland’s Kowit & Company Real Estate Group recently added George Gustovich to its team of commercial real estate brokers.
Gustovich has more than 30 years experience in commercial real estate, starting his career at Chase Properties LTD. He has brokered national accounts including Staples, HomePlace, OfficeMax, Circuit City and TJ Maxx.
During his career, Gustovich has closed real estate transactions in more than 40 states. These transactions include more than 10 million square feet of retail space. He also worked for a shopping center developer, managing and oveseeing the construction and overall operation of more than 1 million square feet of retail space in four states.
