Cleveland’s NAI Daus has hired commercial real estate veteran Cyndie O’Bryon as senior vice president of the brokerage’s office division. O’Bryon brings more than 30 years experience to her new position.

During a leave of absence from her clinical psychology graduate work in the early 1980s, O’Bryon took a temporary administrative role at a small commercial real estate company. Since then, she has blazed trails in local commercial real estate – becoming the first woman in Ohio to earn the prestigious SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and, more recently, earning her accreditation as a LEED Green Associate and becoming the first Certified Green Broker in Ohio.

Leveraging her background in psychology, O’Bryon brings a personal touch to client collaboration and negotiation to structure advantageous transactions. Her green expertise adds more value for clients, offering strategies to incorporate sustainable real estate practices. Her depth of experience with both local and national tenants will be a boon to the local firm’s national network.
