Cleveland-based Ostendorf-Morris Company recently made three promotions.
Cathy Schulz was promoted to vice president in real estate management services. Schulz brings more than 10 years of property management experience to her new position, and has been with the company for more than five years.
Kathleen Folk has been hired full-time as an assistant property manager. Folk has more than 30 years of real estate experience ranging from residential sales to commercial property management.
Allen Hagan has been promoted to operatins manager, real estate management services. He has been working in the facilities management and operations of Ostendorf-Morris’ managed buildings for 18 years. Hagan will oversee all field personnel and assist the property managers with tenant improvements, capital improvements and day-to-day operations.
